The acquisition of Bioengineering by the Morimatsu Group in September 2025 resulted in organizational changes in the USA.

The Bioengineering Inc. subsidiary will be closed on December 31, 2025. To keep providing reliable service to our customers in the USA, Pharmadule Morimatsu Inc. will take over the role of direct contact for Bioengineering AG in the future.

We are pleased to announce that James Stanfill, former Head of Operations at Bioengineering Inc., joined Pharmadule Morimatsu Inc. on December 15, 2025, where he has assumed the position of Director of After-Sales. He will remain your contact for spare parts, service, and new product inquiries.

This new organizational structure creates a stable base for long-term partnerships and also opens up access to an expanded global network and a wider portfolio of products, services, and support.
